Kazuo Tsumaki (Genwa), 15th Soke of Tamiya Ryu Iaijutsu and Tsuyako Endo (Gentei) Sensei will visit US Tamiya Ryu Iaijutsu from June 30 through July 9, 2012.

Transition of Eastman Sensei
Eastman Sensei, former Branch Manager for the Southeast Michigan Honbu Dojo was with USTRI from October 7, 2000 through December 31, 2011. During his tenure, he became an Ordained Buddhist Monk (Ven. Bup Chon) through the Taego Order, a Korean based Zen Buddhist Order. He received ordination at Seonamsa Monestary in South Korea in 2010. Eastman Sensei has transitioned from Tamiya Ryu Iaijutsu to focus on his Buddhist commitments. We wish him well in his endeavors.
